resources and knowledge to be immediately successful right from the start.

FAVORITE GROUPIZE FEATURE: I might be biased, but I’ll say our Learning Center. There’s so many articles and guides in there, it’s crazy!

OUTSIDE OF WORK, MY PASSION IS: Good food, amazing cocktails, and a relaxing time with family & friends. And I’m a total beach bum!

BEFORE GROUPIZE: The majority of my career has been spent on the M&E side with a Travel Management Company planning meetings and incentives for corporate customers. This is how I was introduced to Groupize, I was a customer before coming on board.

OUTSIDE OF WORK, MY PASSION IS: Volunteering at my local Wildlife Rehab feeding birds, DIY projects around the house, enjoying time with my family, friends and playing with my dogs.

LOCATION: Boston, MA

BEFORE GROUPIZE: The majority of my career was spent at various travel management companies. I started in leisure travel, then corporate travel and moved to M&E working in operations, account management, sales support and leading teams in Group Air and Meeting Technology. I was also a user of Groupize while at my last TMC.

CUSTOMER SUCCESS MEANS: Building relationships and truly caring about what’s best for the customer. It means acknowledging, listening and collaborating to find solutions and strategies to make them the most successful they can be.

FAVORITE GROUPIZE FEATURE: Too many to list! But if I have to choose one it’s our unique integration to Concur. My experience with other integrations have been complicated and required testing and retesting, causing delays in events going live. When I first saw the Groupize Concur integration I couldn’t believe how easy and quick it was!

OUTSIDE OF WORK, MY PASSION IS: Anything travel related like learning about the latest cruise ships, reading about destinations and anything Disney. Looking at historic homes and their craftsmanship. Going antiquing and staying at different bed and breakfasts to do research since I hope to own one someday!
