Groupize Appoints Lindsey Phipps as Customer Success Manager

Leading meeting and event tech platform continues expansion of Customer Success Team with the addition of travel and meeting industry veteran

In this new role, Lindsey will be responsible for the onboarding and ongoing success of Groupize customers.

Lindsey is passionate about establishing and maintaining relationships to deliver best-in-class customer experiences. As an accomplished professional with over two decades of experience in the travel industry, she has extensive experience in multiple areas: MICE, Customer Success, Sales, Account Management, and Event Technology. Before joining Groupize, Lindsey served as Sales Support Manager at Global M&E, at Corporate Travel Management (CTM), an award-winning global provider of travel solutions spanning corporate, events, leisure, loyalty, and wholesale travel.  She also spent over fourteen years as a Meeting and Incentive Planner at Travel & Transport and coordinated travel for international and VIP clientele as a Travel Planner at American Express.
